Comparing Standards

Compare the new ARUCC PCCAT Transcript Standards to the 2003 ARUCC Transcript Standards Guide and the 2011 AACRAO Academic Record and Transcript Guide. For background information, refer to the Guides for more details. (Note: AACRAO has published an updated version of the US AACRAO Guide in 2020.)

Historical Comparison of Transcript Standards

  • Use this search to search and compare current standards to past ARUCC and AACRAO standards.
  • Search for a keyword or acronym using the “Keyword Search” freeform field. Search by category or by transcript publication standard using the “Category” or “Transcript Publication Standard Search” dropdown field. Search by first letter by selecting one of the letters of the alphabet.
  • The search results will include content related to any or all of the search fields you input. For example, if you search by “Transcript Data Element, Category, Transcript Publication Standard Search, AND by Letter of the Alphabet”, the search will return entries that match either the transcript data element, the category, the publications standard, or the letter of the alphabet that you specified.
  • For an optimal experience, the search is best supported by Google Chrome 15 or higher, Internet Explorer 9 or higher, Firefox 10 or higher or Safari 5.1 or higher.
